COMPARABLE EVIDENCE
If the criteria are not readily applicable to the beneficiary’s occupation, the petitioner may submit comparable evidence to establish eligibility and submit additional evidence that is not specifically described in that criterion but is comparable to that criterion.

AWARDS
Supporting documentation for an O-1B visa (Arts) petition must include evidence that the beneficiary has received, or has been nominated for, a significant national or international award or prize in the particular field (such as an Academy Award, Emmy, Grammy, or Director’s Guild Award)

PRODUCTIONS OR EVENTS
Evidence that the beneficiary has performed/will perform, as a lead or starring participant in productions or events with distinguished reputation evidenced by critical reviews, advertisements, publicity, publications, contracts, or endorsements.

RECOGNITION
Petitioner must show evidence that the beneficiary has achieved national or international recognition for their achievements evidenced by critical reviews or other published materials by or about the beneficiary in major newspapers, trade journals, magazines, or other publications.

LEAD/CRITICAL ROLE
Evidence that the beneficiary has performed, and will perform, in a lead, starring, or critical role for organizations and establishments with a distinguished reputation evidenced by articles in newspapers, trade journals, publications.

CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED
Evidence that the beneficiary has a record of major commercial or critically acclaimed successes. Title, rating, standing in the field, box office receipts, ratings, & other achievements in trade journals, major newspapers.

RECOGNIZED ACHIEVEMENTS
Evidence that the beneficiary received significant recognition for achievements from organizations, critics, government agencies, or other experts in their field. Testimonials must clearly indicates the author's authority, expertise & knowledge.

SALARY
Evidence that the beneficiary has either commanded a high salary or will command a high salary or other substantial remuneration for their services in relation to other professionals, in the field in which classification is sought, as evidenced by contracts or other reliable evidence.
